Hello, Ant connoisseurs,
This is my first post, and I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on the Nothomyrmecia species of Ant as I am looking to do an academic review including it.
I know its a bit of a rare species but any info or guidance would be much appreciated.
Many thanks

I know some things about the Nothomyrmecia Ant but not very much, I would still help you if you wanted it.

If you wanted to do a topic on a better-known species I could probably help more, here are some that I know well.

Walking Ruby ants
Bull ants
Harvester ants
Honeypot ants
Fire ants (Also known as red imported fire ants)
Black pavement ants
Black garden ants
Leafcutter ants
Why don’t more people like ants?
Is anyone from Wyoming who wants to sell ants?

You can email me about ants at Tucker.reynolds13@gmail.com

First of all the things I know about this species is that they are the only living relative to the Myrmecia genus, Nothomyrmecia is a monotypic genus, it's single species being N. macrops. N. macrops is Critically Endangered, only being found in a few locations in southern Australia. Queens of this species are Brachypterous which means they have short, non-functional wings.
