Talking of ideas, protein powders and Bhaktar like diet concept. I'm thinking of getting some agar and trying to mix it with something like http://www.thailandunique.com/cricket-flour-protein-powder to make up artificial gel crickets

Though then again, depending on how well that works and costs might be cheaper to just buy some dried shrimps or some reptile food insects instead. Well, once/if I try I can tell for sure.

does anyone have any all in one type recipes, for any species they would like to share? or any food they have noticed work well within certain species?

My Crematogaster colony loves Mealworms, and Lacewing. I haven't noticed any of the die after eating so I am guessing they do not hold on to insecticides. They love honey, like raisins, I'm going to try other sweets, I know they don't like chocolate. Any Suggestion?
