Lasius niger protein

Ok, so i really dont know what to feed my colony for protein. I did try meal worms and ants seemed to like, but we got rid of them because they went mouldy and had maggots in their jar (somehow) so i need a different easy source of protein to feed.

Ok, so i really dont know what to feed my colony for protein. I did try meal worms and ants seemed to like, but we got rid of them because they went mouldy and had maggots in their jar (somehow) so i need a different easy source of protein to feed.

Here is the list of protein sources they should except: fruit flies, mealworms, crickets, bees, wasps, beetles etc. meat (free of poison or spices), eggs or something else containing protein.
