Ground Insects for food

Sorry for the many topics I have been posting, but thanks for the advice..

Has anyone ever experimented with grinding insects into a liquid puree with some water to feed to the ants since they usually go for the liquid parts? You could do quite a bit and freeze I am thinking and it would last for quite awhile...

Suggestions?

In my experience, the ants like the semi-solids the best, I once tried feed my Camponotus protein jelly liquid, and they never touched it… they touched the jelly though.
