I bought some canned crickets from a local pet store and I've been keeping them in the fridge, I gave a leg to my ants 2 weeks ago and today I saw white mold on them, only some areas were affected, can I feed my ants the parts where there is no mold?

Yes but, remove any moldy crickets first and if mold keeps coming back, just discard all of them.
