Food for formica subsericea

I need to know what food I can give to my formica subsericea colony when the queen has enough workers. Any tips from your own colonies would help.

Honey or sugar water for their carbs and feeder insects such as mealworms, dubia roaches, crickets etc are for their protein, make sure to cut it up so the ants can directly access the insides.

Thanks for the help but I wont be keeping her that long once she has enough workers then I will try to release them outside so i can move in a colony of pheidole ants.
