Earthworms?

I have 5 Lasius Neoniger queens caught in 2019 who finally have broods of around 7-10 each.

Just curious, will earthworm pieces work as well as insects?

I also have a Formica and Camponotus Pennsylvanicus, each caught this year with only eggs at this point.

Probably. To not be cruel, cut off the tail end and give that to your ants and let the head go. Be warned, the tail is still technically living, so maybe cut it up into small chunks? Don't feed them too much, and give your ants a variety of foods. They may get tired of earthworms, so switch things up a little.

You could also try mealworms from a local pet store. BTW, catching wild earthworms may be dangerous, since they might have come in contact with pesticides at one point.
