What should I feed my new Tapinoma sessile qweens?

Hey guy, I recently got 8 newTapinoma sessile queens. They have a nice brood pill and about 20 workers. So far I've everything is going well, but but I'm having problems with them taking protein. I've tried certain bug and I was wondering if any of you guys could tell me what I should feed them?

They'll eat just about anything. Though be careful that the food you feed them does not carry pesticides or parasites.
