Hello!
I own a colony of Messor Barbarus ants that will soon need to be moved out of their test tube. I was considering buying this (https://www.antskingdom.com/ants-kingdom-t-farm.html) sand formicarium, but there is a problem. I will for sure need to transport it later on with the ants inside and that could make their tunnels collapse. What do you think, should i just I go with someting more solid like acrylic or ytong or stick with the cooler sand nest?
Thanks in advance!
What type of formicarium would be optimal for my situation?

really i think that the ants would be ok. not for sure though. maybe you could put potting soil instead of sand. other than that i would make sure the soil is moist before moving. still, the acrylic is the safer bet.
