How many workers should I have of a smaller species like Lasius before moving them into the old AC hybrid nest v2?

The species is Nylanderia Jaegerskioeldi btw, at 100 workers now and very nomadic

I would say 150-200 workers.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
