Can I use polystyrene? I tried taking a large piece of polystyrene and carving out chambers that are not that high. Then I will put them face down in the container and add clay to hold it. I found some polystyrene and carved it using a toothpick. It was hard as you could not get a smooth surface as the material is literally hundreds of tiny plastic balls. I haven't read the article or try it myself but hearing it, i am assuming using any sort of flour and mixing it with water?
