I think that will depend on the ants you keep and the grout you will use. Here are two videos that might help you with information. I'm no expert but maybe they have some useful information for you.

I have heard invicta can chew ytong, so I bet they could escape grout.

Thank you. I going to capture carpenter queen ant in the furture.
