Just finished this founding formicarium.
I don't know if I should move my solenopsis sp. queen in there, is it too big for a founding formicarium? She still have no eggs.
Would like some opinions!

i don't know the dimensions, but if those tubes are the dimensions i think they are, You might be better off waiting till she has workers. Although, this is just my opinion.
If you have a semi claustral queen though, Do it!

the hole nest block is about 12cm, 5cm deep. She is around 8mm

I also have a semi claustral queen but she is in other outworld and I cant remove her from there =/

I was in a party last night and found a queen(Camponotus Rufipes?) on top of some balls that were in the pool, don't know how she got there, I captured her right away.I had to use 2 party cups with some paper inside so it don't crush her.
