Can fire ants escape from the large tower? It says they can, but in the "things for myrmica" it has the large tower there... thanks

Well it depends. If they are bigger or smaller than the ventilation holes.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

Some species of fire ants can be small, try taking some fire ants from outside and then putting them in the tower to test it out
