Good Semi-Claustral Setup?

I'm currently housing 4 pogonomyrmex californicus in this setup they are in a dark drawer with a 15W heating cable and 9/10 way covered with a top for each outworld seeds are dropped in a little corner for them. If I could change anything to make it better for them please let me know. Temp is constantly 78-85 none have laid eggs yet. Have had them for 2 Days

I saw the set up and it looks good i was just abit afraid of its hygene but i think it is ok and also if u live in temperate region u might want to lower the temperature to 60 degrees fahrenheit or 15C.Because it is coming to winter. If u dont live in a place with winter Please do not #AntLove .
