Is the colony big enough?
I have a monomorium subopacum (?) colony with two workers. Can the colony be transferred to a small outworld or is it too small?

I would wait until the colony is 10-15 workers or more before introducing them to an outworld. If you give them an out world while the colony is very small you might lose track of the workers (especially Monomorium), also the colony might not forage in the outworld since young colonies are very shy.

Update:I moved them into an outworld as I thought those problems were not serious. They have done a very strange thing!I gave them relatively humid soil so that they could have the most natural setup and could move in,but they are still in their test tube:o!Other than that they are fine.two workers seem to have died, but 4 more have replaced them.
