New queen not moving

Hello! So I found a RIFA queen (at least I think I did) but she does not want to move into her test tube setup that I made. I already have the test tube setup covered and have the room lights shining. Are there any tips? I know I have to be somewhat patient but I need her to move so I can put her in a closet and not stress her. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

If she does not have any eggs or brood you can tap her into the new test tube.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

Ok thank you! I'll try to post a picture of her later.
