Weaver colony

Starting to build a tank for a colony of Asian weaver Ants is there anything that I should have specific to them in the tank other than plants that they typically like to nest in. I have have other colonies but nothing tropical. I’ve also had other reptiles and a background in chemistry. I just need to know what I need to have before

try putting in worms. the weaver ants depend on the health of the plants they nest in.

I figured I was going to have to put some small cleaner insects in like worms and such I want a couple different insect in it I’m just wondering outside of the normal ***** idk if anyone here’s had a colony of the like
