Stuff that just don't fit

So I was a on a budget, and to get everything under, I went and bought a formicarium and an outworld that were from two different brands. Silly me.
Now the problem is fitting the tubing. I only have one 5 cm piece of tubing, and that I used for connecting the formicarium to the junction bit. So I still need something to fit the outworld to the junction, and the water tube to the junction. Does anybody have some sort of ideas on how to make everything fit together, or some sort of makeshift tubing that is still quite secure? By the way, the junction piece is Y shaped, and it fits kinda loosely into the outworld connection port
Thanks, have a great week.

you could use some sort of tape and role it with the sticky side out. I did that for a covering for a tube.
