Formicariums for Tetramorium

I am new to ant keeping and want to know if a tetramorium colony can be moved from a test tube setup to the AntsCanada large ant tower once they are of a certain number of workers strong? I like the idea of the ant tower because of the combined outworld and nesting area in one and easy hydration system. Would this be ok?

I have not used the large ant tower as of yet, but if you are going to move them into one, I would wait until the colony is around 40-50 workers. It might be a little daunting for them at first so be patient if they do not move immediately into the ant tower.
