some use vasaline, but many species can cross it. others use baby powder mixed with alcohol and brushed on the outworld sides and air dried. this works much better but small species like tetramorium and fire ants can cross it. the best is fluon or insect a slip. its litterally liquid teflon. it can be bought at bioquip. com
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Just another question, In mt outworld I used some Elmer's glue (the white glue you used as a kid) to glue some things down, the outworld now has a strong glue like smell and I need to know if this is safe for my ants. This may have been a stupid question but I am still new to this.

Whew, thanks. This is my first time putting ants into an outworld and I am just a bit paranoid.
