Camponotus in Ant Tower

I recently had a Florida Carpenter Alate land on my shoulder on the beach (I know it’s weird in December). Naturally I captured her! I bought a small ant tower a couple weeks ago too. Do you think the ant tower will be too small to house a Camponotus colony?

PS I know not to move her into the tower until there are at least 20 workers.

PSS Do I keep them in the testube until that time without supplemental feeding?
