Yeah I've done that experiment with this species. Did not go well. One of the queens will for sure die, and the other will most likely be injured or killed.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Some species it works with, but not this one :)

That would be one large tetramorium colony

You can, but separate them before they have workers.

Nah, they will still kill each other in most cases before workers hatched. The longest I could get them to work together was a week.

My Tetramorium queens have been together or 3 weeks.

My Tetramorium queens have had workers for a week and 2 are perfectly healthy and one is just injured. I think they stopped attacking her.
