I caught 3 Tetramorium cf. immigrans queens! I once heard that Tetramorium caespitum are possibly polygynous, so I put them together. They never fought, they just huddled in a big group and touched antennae. Working on pictures.

They layed 60 or 70 eggs, in 1 week, between only three queens! I am so excited for the nanitics to arrive!

They have about 20 medium-large larvae, about 20 medium-small larvae, and about 30 eggs. One queen started moving brood into a dark corner of the test tube, and the other queens just huddled in a group not knowing what to do.

They have 2-3 black workers and around 10 tan workers! 2 queens are perfectly healthy, but one has only 3 limbs which are all half or more gone. She can still crawl around the test tube, but at a slower pace. I think the queens might have started fighting but then called a truce. I think I might have even caught the injured queen lay several eggs.
