Insect-a-slip/ Fluon Help

Hey guys. Today, my 16oz bottle of insect-a-slip arrived! I need to know how you guys would apply this. Would you use it in its consentrated form, or would you dilute it? If you dilute it, how much Fluon to water should I use in the mixture? Thanks!

So can someone tell me the mix ratio for talcum powder and surgical spirt to be used as Insect slip ?
