What's the difference between a long winged ant and a short winged ant? I found like 30 queen ants and workers on my backyard and most of them were together. So I came in my house and I put all of them in a container but so of the workers were fighting the queens why is this happening what should I do?!!

Separate the workers from the alates. Then separate the male alates from the female alates. I don't know why you would take workers and put them in the same container as the alates.
