Sick Ant?

Hey guys so I have this captive ant colony and I recently noticed a strange looking ant, possible a major, the reason for my concern is her rear section appears to be very large and possibly swollen, other ants also appear to grab and pull her in order to move her, however she is being moved closer to some eggs, I managed to separate her from the majority of the colony so I will have a few pictures, I am fairly certain she isn't the queen but you never know haha, I believe she is a Camponotous Pennsylvanians, any help is appreciated

I just wanted to say I have seen the queen ant in the colony, is it possible that this is a second queen? And if anyone else has any input on the species? I live/they were caught just outside of Boston Massachusetts

Did you catch them both at the same time?
Camponotus sp don't have multiple queens.

Ok so behind our house we have a messed up umbrella that's been there for years, I moved it for the first time a few weeks ago and a rather large colony/nest was exposed that was living in the umbrella, since I had to use it I decided to transfer as much of the colony as I could into a container (including a queen that I saw laying eggs), fast forward to today when from the same umbrella, feel another part of what I believe to be the same colony (the ants don't appear to fight) and i found the ant from the pictures in the second set

The gaster is flexible and extendable. That worker is full of food.
