I’m wondering if wakooshi ships live ant colonys to the U.S. I looked through the shipping and postage terms and it said they do ship ants internationally. I’m wondering if they do. Let me know!

I'm not sure and I recommend you to ask them directly. You also need to find out if it's legal to import them to the U.S. due to eco system security reasons. In some states it's highly illegal to import any antspecies.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

Currently not keeping any ants anymore.

I have been waiting 9 months for a post like this.
To start, an antkeeper did import wakooshi nest and outworlds, but ant species will never make it through customs. Shipping ants across state borders has never gotten anyone put in prison, or punished, but their new ants have been confiscated and no money returned. With all that said I do not recommend importing ants as there is a 99% chance that by the time they arrive, they will be dead. Customs in the USA takes 1 week, and sometimes up to 3 for international imports. "Internationally" means they probably would due it illegally, and when your ants arrive dead blame it on shipping and never refund you. If you want ants, check out these websites which have distribution permits to certain states(Meaning they can sell legally!). Also, pogonmyrmex occidentalis is deregulated within the US, so they can be shipped legally past state borders.
For reference, here it is(as i remember) "No reproductive ants or brood shall be shipped past state borders" There is P. occidentalis which was deregulated after decades of research.

There is a few other sellers within the US who can do things legally, but those companies either
1) Dont have proof of permit
2) Take terrible care of their ants
3) Are bad with customer service
When you accidentally reply to yourself…
