What to do with mealworms

So I released my ants the other day and now I need to get rid of mealworms. Can I release them or do I sell them I just don't know.

You should release them they are good for gardens and if you sell them you will not get very mush for them.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
