Hi everyone!
I'm 11 years old and I've kept ants for a few years. I also learn English. Could you recommend some websites about ants? I will be very greatful.
Have a great weekend,
MyrmeLuna.

Antweb.com is a great website to look up ants by area or species. Even just googling the name of any any species will bring up antblogs and other websites with lots of information.

If you came here from watching Mike’s videos, the ones on catching ant queens, caring for specific species, and formicarium set ups are great resources because he talks about multiple different ant facts, and there are lots of other ant keepers on youtube with their own logs about ant keeping. You probably know a lot about those subjects already if you’ve been doing this for a few years now, but there could always be something new you haven’t heard before! I really recommend looking at youtube videos to learn about ants!
2 founding formica subsericea
1 aphaenogaster rudis
1 brachymyrmex depilis

I agree with skeleant ( who has helped me a lot around here). Mike’s video’s have a lot of tutorials to watch, look for queen ants the day after a storm or rain, queen ants have there nuptial flights then because the soil is very soft and great for digging new nests. Look for huge ants with swollen abdomen. ;)

Cool! Unfortunately in Poland we haven't got ant flights yet, but they will be soon! Also, I caught a queen (she went out of her nest) one month ago!
