Camponotus Pennsylvanicus! They look so cool but I can't find a queen. The nearest GAN farmer is across the state T~T

As far as actually keeping, Camponotus novaeboracensis is a hope. But I REALLY like Trap-jaws and Australia's Bull ants.

Black crazy ants, Paratrechina longicornis, for sure. The fact that they can indefinitely produce and use their own queens is so cool. I have wanted to find a queen for years now, but I can never find one. It would just be so cool to have a colony that makes it's own egg producing queens. Does anyone know when they fly?

Giant Amazonian ants. I doubt you could actually raise them in captivity if you haven't got say a swimming pool which you could turn into an outworld somehow (without the water obviously)
