Hi guys, new to this but already a professional
Do other ant species, such as Camponotus and Myrmica have their nuptial flights at the same time as Lasius Niger? I'm out plucking Lasius Nigers from the floor, despite having already caught 30 odd, because I don't wanna miss a queen
P.S. Caught about 30 Lasius Nigers each in their own test tube setups. ALL have laid eggs and I'm partially chuffed.
Thank you kindly.

I think this month for some spicies of Camponotus don't have nuptial flight. Some of them have one more in August I think

Gratitude, Camponotus. Have you managed to catch any queens of any species this summer at all?

Impressive! Are you selling her or keeping her for your own colony?
