Ant Traffic
Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
Keeping Tetramorium immigrans, Tapinoma Sessile

Re: Ant Traffic
I like how they all stop to greet each other. I wonder what information is being passed along when they do that.
Keeping:
Tetramorium immigrans * Lasius Neoniger * Lasius Claviger * Messor Aciculatus * Myrmica Rubra * Camponotus Novaeboracensis * Camponotus Turkastanus * Pheidole Pallidula

Re: Ant Traffic
It's rush hour but for ants lol
Re: Ant Traffic
They are not greeting one and other. Just crashing. Do not forget ants do not rely on sight when moving about so by the time they see one and others it's a little too late to move out of the way.JoeHostile1 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 10, 2018 10:55 amI like how they all stop to greet each other. Research is important before during and even after you have established a colony. There is always time to learn and to listen to others experiences. Live by this and your ants will thrive. Fail to do so and your experience may be brief.

I wonder how leafcutter ants all stay in a line.
