For me it would have to be Thaumatomyrmex.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

There are so many facts about them like, how they remove the setae from the polyxenids eat and how they are one of two genera ants that eat polyxenids.

For me is definitely carabare diversa

Carebara castanea, 100%. I love the striking dimorphism between the queen and her workers, they're so tiny and she's so huge!

Calyptomyrmex, Discothyrea mixta, Melissotarsus spp.
Proatta, Rhytidoponera aspersa, Gigantiops ... actually, most ants.
