Help Me Identify This Ant

I just caught this ant with my family and I need your help to identify it. I just looked at the AntsCanada channel and thought ant farms were cool. We caught the ant near the South and North Carolina on Augest 2nd. She is around a 1/2 of an inch or 12.5 mm.
