i use these for everything. they are great. and you only have to have the probe part inside the target area.

When using a heat pad condensation will probably occur more since it covers most of the nest. In the other hand, the heating cable covers less so it would probably have less condensation. I am no expert thou, both get condensation. Depending on the set up and how wet it is. Set ups usually need a dry zone and a humid zone, I use the cable on the dry one and that will cause less condensation.Ender210 wrote:Sweetdirtytooth, how is condensation with the heat pad?
