Omni Nest and Heating Cable

Would it possible to perhaps wrap a heating cable around the omni nest to keep it heated on the vertical version?

You can definitely do that. I have a vertical formicarium that I built. I run a heating cable up one side and then have it laying on the top.

Can you run a heating cable under the regular omni nest? I saw this post and thought it would be better to ask here.
