AntsCanada ANT FLAG CONTEST (2 yr Anniversary of ACAF)

NOTE: this is a repost of a previous post that i messed up on and am now attempting to get removed from the thread as it caused crashes.

all right here's my entries and since i'm an indecisive guy i made a few variants (read alternate colours).

Fire Nation MK 3:



Technically this one is just Mk. 1 with a bigger symbol. if you couldn't guess this ones based on the Canadian flag.

Fire Nation MK 2:



So for this one i changed the symbol colour and removed the white parts of the background.

Fire Nation MK4:



Just a black and white version of mk2 because i was curious what it would look like.

Dark Knights MK1:



The Dark night flags should be self explanatory. i did make two mostly separate designs for the splinter group.

i made the backgrounds purple... i think it looks nice.

Golden Empire MK1:



for some reason when i was Brainstorming ideas for the golden empire Brazil's flag showed up hence the green and yellow colour scheme and the diamond. The castle represents the tank and everything in it.

Golden Empire MK2:



Colour flipped version of MK1... i kind of prefer this one tbh although the ant isn't yellow so... (although didn't the ants turn green for a while

Titans MK1:



this flag gave me no end of trouble. firstly unlike the others the titans don't have a colour associated with them. secondly they're name is kind of generic and doesn't raise many images in my mind so after giving up and going to bed i woke up and made this... not the best but the titans are the new kids and haven't done anything real flag-worthy yet(and don't have a name that brings an image to mind)

Titans Mk 2:



like i said there was no set colour for the Titans so i just sort of swapped the blue around until i ended on this.


Dark Knights Mk 5:



after looking through the post a while i did a variant on the Dark knights with a red ant Because of the dye.

Since my first post doesn't have explaination... here it is:

Dark Knight of the North

- Because Black Crazy Ants are one of the most common ants, they can be tagged as an "old tribe". They have tattoos of that symbolizes what tribe they belong. This is why their flag used arrows to put the "tribe" feeling. Of course pointing "UP" for "North".

- Letters used are somewhat "ethnic"

Dark Knight of the South

- Like the "North", they also belong to the "old tribe"... that explains the body tattoos. But because they are from the Southern tribe, their symbol is facing "DOWN" or "South".

- Letters used are somewhat "GOT-like classic"

Fire Nation

- Simple explanation, they bear the fire tattoo on their bodies that symbolizes what colony they belong to.

- Letters used are somewhat "Firey" curve edges

Golden Empire

- Royalty is what I'd like to be felt when looking at the Golden Empire symbol/flag. It consists of "royalty curves tattoo" that looked like a crown and jewelry.

- Letters used are somewhat "Old but Royal"

Majestic Titans

- BIG and bulky, like what they really are. Strong looking ant that can be compared to titans.

- Letters used are somewhat "Military-like" feel

Here is the two flags for the north and south Black Ants...

:North ants have the flag witch represents the true colony the has a shield representing their true descendants and that they will defend it at any cost.

The South black ants are Showing independence to the royal black nights and show independence with the yellow tube coming down to their land.
