Queen ID | Italy/Turin - 10/07/18

Yesterday I caught this queen on the floor in my kitchen while she was wandering around. I live west of Turin, in Italy.
Her size is about 8-9 mm. I'm currently keeping her in a test tube inside my wardrobe were it's dark and quiet and she has already layed her eggs. What species could this be? Is she fully-claustral?

Lasius Neoniger
No Lasius neoniger in Europe, although it's definitely from the niger group.
