i was asking a little more toward when i should give then their dose of protein or sugar like every other day, once a week, do i give sugar and protein on separate days exe. not necessarily what amount.

i feed them with both. they will chose to take what they need and will let the rest there.

Feed them their protein maybe twice a week. As for sugars, I would do every 3 days.
