how big a Myrmica Rubra colony can grow in the right condition ???

A colony of myrmica rubra usually grows up to 10000 workers but it can grow larger. In the right conditions it may grow bigger. The colony developement also is influenced by the number of queens as myrmica rubra is polygine.

If they are caught during nuptial flight yes. The colony is poligine. But be carefull that as the colony grows stronger and bigger, the rate of accepted queens will get lower.
