2 weeks ago the mold was light colored and was a small spot so i didnt worry about but now the mold is a darker and has spreaded all around the tube with huge mold spot all around and im super worried because the queen layed her eggs right next to the water supply thats getting moldy and i dont want the queen or eggs to die from mold (by the way the queen is a solonopsis species)

Any stringy hyphae? Or is it just discoloration?

tape the new tubes opening to the old tubes opening (with pin pricks in the tape so a little air is still getting through.
Make the new tube dark and shine a light on the old one (Be sure to watch and make sure you are not cooking your queen!)
You can also set it on an incline so that the new tube is lower than the old one. This encourages them to move lower. It may take days, but the queen will move herself and her eggs into the new tube. DO NOT move them manually, EVER.
