3mm in size workers were not much smaller 1.5 mm,

Looks like Tetramorium immigrans to me. Could you get pictures in better light, so that they are clearer?

Sure I have her in a test-tube setup now , that would awesome if it's Tetramorium, I have been hoping to find a Terta, queen !!

Now I just hope she lays eggs, she's on the water like they Campanotis were before laying eggs, and I found her without wings, so I should be golden.
