Would storing my test tube queen on top of my Wi-Fi router be a good idea to keep her warm

It may release radiation which may cause cancer it ants, and it may get too hot, so I think it would be better to keep her in a drawer.

I wouldn't recommend it. Mainly because even tho you are no noticing it or feeling any immediate effect, having a wifi router / accesspoint right next to you, it not exactly healthy. And since the ants would be right next to the router, it would be even less healthy.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.
