My first queen to get an egg to the cocoon stage!

After years of not knowing what I was doing when I found queen ants, and most of the time not catching them, I finally got two of them that have laid their first batches of eggs. I caught them last year and had to wait through their hibernation for them to start laying.
Now another first! One of the eggs has passed the larval stage and is in a cocoon!
Here's a picture of the queen and the cocoon!
(camponotus semitestaceus I think)

This site, and the YouTube channel got me this far, otherwise I don't think I'd have any queens.

After a lot of looking through pictures, I'm pretty sure she's camponotus semitestaceus.
