I live in Atlanta and it finally dropped below freezing last night and I was wondering should I hibernate my pheidole and temothorax or not, they're fairly small and so I don't know if that makes a difference, thanks in advance.

If you are no longer seeing ants outside than yes, you should hibernate them.

If they're not used to hibernating, then no. There's a chance that they won't make it.
