Any tips or advice for raising my new colony of a couple hundred, I have 1 queen I believe possibly 2.

From what I found a monomorium minimum queen only lives a yeaf?

I suspect they live longer than a year. I've had a Tetramorium sp E colony for 3.5 years now and they seem to be going strong. (Very similar to M. minimum. They would have to live long enough at least to create alates in order to preserve the species.
Regarding your question hibernation, it is up to you as an ant keeper. I think the general consensus is to hibernate them every year though, at least for a couple of months.

That's Okay.Those Are Most Likley Springtraps Or Workers That Recently Emgered.
