Need help identifying queen

Can anyone help identify these ants? Caught 3 of them today (1st pic), and found this nest (2nd pic) with similar queens and smaller males coming out with wings; I live in northern Ohio.

Looks like Lasius claviger workers to me. Could be a claviger queen as well.
