i just ran out of plaster of pairis while making my nest will dry wall work i have a huge tub of it

Really not sure. I know some drywall mud has additives in it and might cause issues with the ants living in it. Check the label and check the contents. Also once its dried if it gets wet again it tends to crumble.

No. I do believe most dry walls are not safe for ants to live in.
