Help me indentifying my queen ant!

Please, I'm having problems to identify the species of my queen ant... It has been almost 4 days since I caught it and it still haven't laid eggs. Could you all help me??

Looks like Pheidole. Don't forget measurements!

Oh, my bad!
The queen's length is about 1 cm, she's very tiny, besides, her width is no more than 3 mm.
